cPanel and/or ftp is not accepting my password

In the event that your cPanel or ftp password is not being accepted, you can try resetting it at the cPanel login prompt. You will need to know your userid (should the same as the account name found on your invoice or the same as the ftp user) and have access to the email address that is set as the contact email for the cPanel account.

If this does not help, you can open a support ticket to have us manually reset the password to the default password we have in our records.

You will need to be authorized by your organization to request a password change.
